An ideal candidate is a result-oriented Sales development representative with strong experience in executing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth by generating appointments using inbound and outbound campaigns.
•Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
•Engage with potential customers through phone calls and emails, providing information about the company’s products and services.
•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
•Actively invest time in growing the LinkedIn network and LinkedIn conversation.
•Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers.
•Use various channels to identify new prospects and set appointments.
•Outstanding verbal communication, listening, and writing skills.
•Gaining knowledge about a company’s products, services, competitors, and industry trends.
•Working with management to develop long-term plans for increasing revenue through new sales leads.
•Proven track record of success at previous companies.
•Activity Tracking & Reporting.
•Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo, Zoom info, LinkedIn / LISN, Prospecting – Mass LI connections, Salesintel.
•Should be well versed with both the Indian and international market regions – North America, LATAM, APAC, EMEA etc.
•MBA or other advanced degree required.
•1+ years of experience in generating appointments in the B2B space.
